|Warm up: take aim at the muscle group you’re going to train. Spend 30 seconds on working along the muscle belly.||During Workout: Between sets, spend 15 seconds on a muscle area to loosen tense, tight areas so you can get more out of your next set.||Post-Workout: spend 90 to 120 seconds moving up and down each muscle group. This will relax your nervous system and shift your body into recovery mode.|
